If you need to cancel your appointment, we kindly ask that you provide at least 24 business hours' notice. For example, if your appointment is on a Tuesday, please let us know by the Saturday before. This helps us offer that time to another guest and ensures our stylists—whose time is in high demand—can make the most of their schedule.
Cancellations made with less than 24 business hours’ notice, or missed appointments without notice, will incur a 100% service charge.
