New clients are required to pay a 50% deposit before booking any color service. This deposit goes towards your service and is payable via a text or email link generated once you book your first appointment. If your deposit is not successfully paid within 24 hours of receiving the link, your appointment will be cancelled.

New & Existing clients must have an active card on file in accordance with our cancellation policy.

Yes! We offer complementary consultations with all of our stylists. These are perfect for New Clients— And typically take 15-30 minutes and are offered for Cut or Color services. Give our Front Desk a call if you would like to take advantage of this complementary service before booking your next Cut or Color!

There is metered street parking around the Salon as well as paid parking lots. We also have a relationship with the Hotel Thompson- let their Valet know you’re a guest of Antonio Salon and get their $15 Valet rate for 5 hours.

As we’re located in the heart of downtown Seattle, please allow ample time for traffic and parking in the area, especially in busy tourism seasons.
