Growing up around the hair industry, it was only natural that she would end up behind the chair, doing what she loves most-making people feel amazing. She's a graduate from our advanced training program and excels in  long layered, lived-in blondes and brunettes. Noelle's all about effortless styles with a modern twist, keeping your look fresh and on trend.
